My bag doesn't stand upright on its ownUpdated 3 years ago

While some of our bags do stand on their own, we cannot guarantee this feature for all bags! In our design process, our team worked hard to manufacture a bag that has a flat bottom that allows the bag to stand on its own. However, the bag sometimes can fall forward due to weight distribution, or the bottom part of the bag not being flat! We understand this can be frustrating, and are working hard to make sure updates see the design changes necessary for our bags. At this time, we cannot guarantee a bag to stand on its own, and unfortunately, this is not a manufacturing defect and we cannot cover this with our warranty.
