My Product doesn't have a QR Code or Serial NumberUpdated 3 years ago
At the begining of 2020 We started adding a Serial number and a QR code to the inside of our products to insure quality control and identify our quality standards were being met. Not all bags will have this tag on the inside of their products. If you do not have a Serial code of QR code you are still eligible to file a warranty claim for your order. Please just skip this question in the survey.
