FREE RETURN POLICY

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. Gomatic are happy to offer a return service absolutely free of charge. You will need to reach out to us to request a pre-paid label.

To kickstart the return process, please send an email to [email protected] with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line as well as the order number and reason for return/exchange in the body of the email.

Liability:

GOMATIC is not liable for damage to computers, cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products. GOMATIC is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.

Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by this lifetime warranty.
